Mary and Mrs Norbury

What I find really interesting is the moment when Mrs Norbury asks to be allowed to live a peaceful life, and Mary shouts “After what you’ve done?”

They are such obvious mirrors for each other, both wanting to have a life after the crimes they have committed. But neither of them escape “Samara”. Mary wants to see Norbury pay for her crimes, which is so painfully ironic.

If Mary had let her go, Mary would still be alive. By condemning her “mirror” she leads to her own death, and its just so well written.

Just aaaAAAaaAaah I can’t believe this. Plus the TJLC shoutouts???? I’m so pumped for next week!!
